Bacolod City, better known as our very own “City of Smiles”.

Primarily called so because of the warmth, jolly, friendly, and festive characteristics of people who reside in this part of Visayas.

This piece high reflects the known Masskara Festival held every 4th Sunday of October, alongside a lot of Ilonggo delicacy references, such as the piyaya and barquillos, which are native to the region. Fitting because there’s nothing more you can do after you’ve eaten so much of their good food!
